Reko Dig Mining Company, operated by Barrick and a joint venture with the Government of Balochistan and the Government of Pakistan, is recruiting a team of high-caliber individuals to develop its outstanding, world-class mining project, the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan.

Position: Drafter and Data Controller
Location: Reko Diq SITE – Balochistan
Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Drafting. Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:Â Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drafting data management and geospatial analysis. Proven expertise in earthworks calculations, road design, and geomatics workflows.
Requirements:Â Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Arosis Global Mapper and LIDAR analysis. Skilled in terrain modeling. Volume calculations, drainage design, and geospatial data management. Experienced with database tools (Excel, Access, SQL) and survey workflows. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills focused on accuracy and data integrity.
Responsibilities: Provide daily survey data, maps, and drawings to support field teams, ensuring data accuracy and project alignment. Develop technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D and design earthworks, road alignments, and site layouts. Generate terrain models, process survey data, and conduct earthwork calculations and geospatial analysis. Manage datasets, perform quality checks, and collaborate with teams to integrate data into design plans, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
