1. Fact Checker Post Details:
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education).
- At least 02 years of work experience in relevant areas.
- iii. Knowledge of the electoral context in Pakistan.
- Experience working with international NGOS shall be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written English and communication skills.

2. Non-linear (Editor & Graphic) Details:
Qualifications and experience:
- Having a minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Regular degree in graphic design, digital design,
- Computer science/ information
- technology or equivalent from HEC
- recognized Institution.
- At least two years experience in WEB/ Multimedia/ Graphic Design or in a related field is required.
- Strong theoretical and practical background in graphic design including software such as Adobe Design Premium, In-design, Coral Draw, or similar At least three examples of previous work are to be listed. • Preferable work experience in graphic production from start to published/print-ed products, with knowledge of printing processes (offset and digital) and color management.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, In-Design, Quark Express, Dream Viewer, Coral Draw, and Illustrator or other visual design and wireframing tools.
- Proficient in Facebook, Twitter posts, YouTube Thumbnails, badge and logo designs, etc.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Good understanding of new and
- evolving technologies and digital platforms.
- Good communication skills in Urdu and
- English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in layout aesthetics.
- Proficient in UO and UX designs.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Java
- Script.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POST OF FACT CHECKER
a) Digital Media Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc).
- Track emerging narratives, trends, and potential misinformation related to ECP.
- Develop real-time tracking mechanisms for viral content and emerging ECP discourse.
- Identify and categorize potential sources of misinformation.
b) Fact-checking and Verification:
- Systematically verify claims, statements, and narratives circulating on digital platforms.
- Cross-reference information with official sources, electoral data, and authenticated records.
- Prepare detailed fact-checking reports with clear evidence and source citations.
- Develop rapid response protocols for addressing electoral misinformation.
c) Reporting and Communication:
- Produced daily and weekly comprehensive reports on digital media trends.
- Prepare immediate alerts for critical misinformation that may impact electoral integrity.
- Collaborate with the Spokesperson or PRO to develop strategic rebuttals.
- Maintain a centralized database of verified and disputed claims.
