Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for our clients. You will work closely with our team of digital marketing specialists to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with our clients’ goals and objectives. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and the ability to analyze data to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for clients, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Collaborate with the team to create and execute effective digital campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform strategy development
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all digital marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging digital marketing tools and techniques, and make recommendations for their implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI for clients
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Train and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development within the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and train junior team members
