Positions: 

1. GIS Mapping Officer (PPS-7)
2. Drone Operator (PPS-6)

Age Limit: 25 – 35 Years.

Eligibility Criteria:

• GIS Mapping Officer (PPS-7)
  • Minimum 16 Years of Education Degree in MSC GIS, BE Geo-Informatics, MS Geomatics
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in GIS, along with experience with handling Drone Surveys, will be preferred

• Drone Operator (PPS-6)
  • DAE in Civil/Surveying
  • Minimum 1-year hands-on experience In Drone Surveys preferred

Age Limit:

For males +5 years and for females +8 years, general age relaxation is in the upper age limit at the date of advertisement as per Govt. of Punjab, S&GAD Notification No. SORI(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08-08-2016.

Conditions:

• The recruitment will be purely on a contractual basis during the project period.
• Candidates from only Punjab Province will be eligible to apply for the subject posts.
• In-service candidates may apply through the proper channel after taking NOC from the department.

• Interested candidates must apply along with photocopies of CNIC, Domicile, academic and Experience Certificates duly attested to the office of ” Project Director, office of Directorate General of Mines & Minerals, Lahore” in Poonch House till 18-04-2025 during office hours.
• The name of the post for which the candidate is willing to apply should be mentioned clearly both on the application and envelope.
• Incomplete and late applications will be rejected.

• Shortlisted candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview, along with copies of submitted documents.
• For multiple posts, candidates should submit applications for each post separately.
• No TA/ DA will be admissible for the test/ Interview.
• The Department is authorized to shortlist the candidates according to eligibility and experience. The decision by the Selection Committee will be final.
