Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for Peugeot in the Central Region.
- Lead the regional sales team, providing direction, support, and performance management to ensure the successful attainment of sales goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key dealerships and business partners to enhance market presence and drive sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth and new market development.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future action plans.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance. Product knowledge, selling skills, and customer excellence.
Job Requirments:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
